Manifesting what we want in life… WOW. It almost sounds too magical, right?
The truth is, every human being has this ability. You’ve probably seen countless books about the power of the mind. All of our reality was once imagined, we are creators, and we can bring everything we envision into the physical world.
But let’s be real: we have to learn how to use this ability intentionally. So many people never do, and they end up attracting pretty much anything and everything without realizing it. From The Secret to Becoming Supernatural to The Quantum Revelation, these works all communicate the same message: our consciousness is powerful and has a direct impact on our reality.
That’s why I want to share with you 5 simple tricks to help you manifest what you actually want in your life.
1. Knowing what you want
The very first step in manifestation is clarity. To create something intentionally, you need to know its purpose. Think of the first human who decided to build a chair. They didn’t just randomly put wood together, they had the idea of sitting on something more comfortable (and maybe more practical) than a log.
It’s the same with manifestation: we have to know what we really want, not just what we think we should want and understand why we want it, need it, or feel its absence in our lives. Because here’s the thing: manifesting takes a lot of faith. And if it’s not something our heart truly desires, chances are… we won’t fully commit to calling it in.
If you need support figuring out the why behind the object or experience you’re manifesting, I’ve got you covered. I’ve shared plenty of journaling prompts in my free resources that you can use to explore this deeper, we can also do a 1:1 session if you want something more personalized.
2. The Point of Attraction
Maybe you’ve heard other spiritual queens talk about the “point of attraction.” If you haven’t, that might be why you’ve been struggling to manifest what you want.
So, what exactly is it? Think of it as the starting pin on your map—the spot you’re standing on before you set out toward your destination.
Your point of attraction =
what you believe to be true (general + specific beliefs)
+
how much energy and thought you’ve already invested in it (momentum)
+
how you feel about it right now (your current state of mind).
When you know your point of attraction and what you want, that’s when the fun really begins 😜. It’s like getting ready for a road trip: stocking up on snacks, curating the perfect playlist, and planning your favorite stops so the journey feels just as good as the destination.
And here’s where I come in—as your Soulful Bestie (and life coach), I’m here to help you read that map, stay on track, and enjoy the ride while getting to your desired destination with ease.
3. Align with your desires
Here’s the part most people miss — manifestation isn’t about chasing. It’s about aligning.
When we desire something, we often hold it at a distance. We say, “I want more money,” but beneath that, there’s a whisper saying, “because I don’t have enough.” The universe doesn’t hear our words — it feels our vibration. And what we focus on expands.
In The Secret, Rhonda Byrne calls it “the law of attraction.” In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill speaks about “the definiteness of purpose and the burning desire.” And Joseph Murphy, in The Miracle Power of Your Mind, reminds us that the subconscious doesn’t reason — it simply obeys.
So the question becomes:
👉 Are we feeding our subconscious with lack or with faith?
To align with your desires, you must become a vibrational match to them. Feel the feeling of the wish fulfilled, as Neville Goddard and Joseph Murphy both taught. Walk, speak, and act as if it’s already yours — not because you’re pretending, but because you’re becoming that version of yourself.
✨ Try this: Each morning, spend 2 minutes visualizing your desired reality. Feel it in your body. Hear the sounds, see the details, breathe in that version of you who already has it. Then, throughout your day, make choices from that energy — not from fear or impatience, but from trust.
4. Faith and Surrender
Faith isn’t just believing when things look easy — it’s trusting when logic says “this makes no sense.”
Hill called faith “the state of mind which may be induced by affirmation or repeated instruction to the subconscious mind.” Murphy said it even more simply: “The feeling of faith is the beginning of healing and creation.”
When we affirm and imagine something with conviction, our subconscious mind begins to accept it as true. But the key is to let go of how and when it will happen.
If you’ve ever planted seeds, you know you don’t dig them up every day to check if they’ve sprouted. You water them. You trust the process. You stay consistent.
The same goes for manifesting. Surrender doesn’t mean giving up; it means releasing control and trusting divine timing.
🕯️ Journal prompt:
Where am I trying to control the outcome instead of trusting the process?
5. Inspired Action
Manifestation isn’t passive. It’s a partnership between you and the universe.
Napoleon Hill said, “Faith without action is dead.” Murphy echoed this when he taught that your subconscious moves you toward inspired ideas — little nudges, intuitions, and synchronicities that guide you to your goal.
When you receive those nudges — follow them. Even if they seem small, random, or out of your comfort zone. Every action aligned with your vision builds momentum.
And remember: your job is to move, not to force. To flow, not to hustle.
✨ Try this:
- Write down one small, intuitive action you can take today that moves you closer to what you want.
- Do it with love and confidence — as if your success is inevitable (because it is).
Final Thoughts
Manifestation isn’t about “getting things.” It’s about becoming the person who naturally attracts them.
Your thoughts are creative. Your feelings are magnets. Your faith is the bridge.
So keep your vision alive, your heart open, and your vibration steady. Because every time you align your inner world with your desires — the universe can’t help but meet you halfway.
